MRH Moisture and Humidity Test Kit

This is a complete kit for moisture and humidity measurement of the building envelope.
It incorporates 3 modes of operation.

• The MRH is a digital display multi featured version of the popular Tramex Moisture Encounter Plus meter. It non-destructively measures percentage moisture content in wood but incorporates a switchable specific gravity adjustment covering wood SG’s of 0.3 to 0.8. Like the MEP it provides relative/comparative readings deep into most building materials such as Dry-wall, Roofing, Brick, Ceramic tile etc.
• Plug in WPIE with Hammer Probe to give accurate moisture readings in wood from 7 to 40%.
• Plug in reusable Relative Humidity Probe for Relative Humidity, Temperature, Dew-Point and Mixing Ratio readings. This RH probe is for measuring ambient conditions or for performing In Situ (ASTM F2170) or RH Hood (ASTM F2420, BS 5325:2001 & BS 8203:2001) methods.
• Instant Readings in non-destructive and wood probe modes
• 5 scales in non-destructive mode including percentage moisture content in wood
• Measures from 7% to 40% Moisture Content in Wood using the plug in WPIE and Hammer Probe with insulated pins.
• Reusable Relative humidity probe provides clear digital display with simultaneous reading for Humidity in both (%RH) and grains/lb. or grams/kg. in addition to Temperature and Dew Point for measuring ambient conditions.
• Reusable Relative Humidity probe can also be used for sub-surface In-Situ method (ASTM F2170) or Non-Destructive Hood Method (ASTM F2420)
• Complies with BS Standard BS5325:2001 and BS 8203:2001 for above surface readings of RH, Temperature and Dew Point readings.
• Detachable 0.4" (10mm) diameter stainless steel RH Probe.
• Intelligent RH Probe can be recalibrated. (Traceable to NIST and international standards.)
• "Hold" feature freezes reading on display.

• Die cut foam case allows for addition of Optional extras such as Hand Probe with insulated deep-wall pins, infra-red surface thermometer and a second Tramex moisture meter.
